Retreat Registration Policies
Pre-registration is required when taking a retreat. This can be done by calling us or in person at the store.
Payment and Deposits: At the time of registration for your retreat you will need to pay one half of the payment. This includes a $25 non-refundable deposit. The balance of the payment will be due 8 weeks prior to the start date of the retreat. You will receive a supply list for the retreat by mail. Lodging is not included in retreat pricing, we are happy to help you with accommodations in the area and will send you lodging information so you can make your own arrangements. Note* (Linda Ballard Retreats are to be paid in full January 1st, 2015)
Cancellations: A $25 non-refundable deposit is paid at the time of registration. Cancellation 8 weeks or less to a retreat start date, there will be no refund in the form of store credit given. Please, realize when we hire outside teachers we are paying that teacher for a certain amount of students and therefore committed to their fees. You are welcome to fill your own spot with another person.
When attending a class or retreat please, come prepared. A pattern or supply list is always available. Being on time is not only a consideration to the teacher but also the other students who have paid to be there. So please, be a few minutes early to set up. Your sewing machine should be in good working order and you should also be able to run it by yourself without help. (Threading your machine, filling bobbins, changing tension & stitch length) Cutting and ironing stations are set up for your convenience.
